Vegan parmesan made from Cashews

Ingredients :

1 cup raw cashews

¼ cup nutritional yeast

1 TB  sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175℃, and toast the cashews for 5-10 minutes until lightly golden.
  2. Once cooled, add to the food processor with the nutritional yeast and salt until a fine grainy consistency is achieved. 
  3. Store in the refrigerator to keep fresh.
