Sautéed teriyaki marinated tofu on a bed of toasted wild rice, served with wasabi coated peanuts, fresh pineapple, shaved carrot, cucumber, pickled beets and spicy pickled ginger. Topped off with shaved toasted nori and sriracha mayo.
Grilled golden polenta served with sautéed spinach, caramelised onion, spicy chakalaka, and boerewors-spiced plant-based sausage, drenched in our homemade tomato gravy and topped with pickled peppadews.
